Raymond Francis Beaulaurier passed away on February 4, 2019. He was born on March 8, 1929 in Yakima, WA. He lived in Moxee, WA and attended Moxee School until 9th grade when he transferred to St. Martin’s High School in Lacy, WA. He was there for 2 years and moved back to Yakima, graduating from St. Joseph’s High School.

Ray’s first job out of high school was driving a bus at Hanford for the Manhattan Project. After that, Ray joined the Coast Guard where he served for 3 years. He met Mary “Pat” Mullen. Ray knew he had found the love of his life. He and Pat were married on July 18, 1953 at St. Paul Cathedral and started their life together. They were partners for life. They raised hops, cherries, grapes, and apples for decades. He loved to watch the bees working in his cherry and apple orchards and he loved to play golf. Ray and Pat lived life to it’s fullest and enjoyed the times they spent with family and friends.

Ray is survived by his wife of 65 years, Pat, and their beautiful children, Karla Marie and Kent (Irene) Beaulaurier, grandchildren, Kelsie Taylor and Kyle (Morgan) Beaulaurier, and great grandchildren, Colt, Easton, and Jace Beaulaurier. His grandchildren were the light of his life. He is also survived by his sister, Elise (Al) Cote, as well as several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his infant twin sons, Raymond & Joseph and his brothers, Robert, Maurice, and Elmer Beaulaurier.

We will miss the twinkle in your eyes until we meet again.
