David Joel Fisher, 57, passed away on November 22, 2017, he was born on January 25, 1960 to Larry and Marlene Fisher in Lynwood, CA.

On August 23, 1997 David married his one true love and soul mate Cathy Cava. Together they built a life here in the Kittitas Valley settling in the Hungry Junction area.

David owned and operated his business House MD, LLC/Home Repair, he enjoyed doing work for the people in the valley and his work ethic was one to be admired.

When he was not working David and Cathy would be off on one of the many adventures: fishing, camping with family and friends. They loved to pack up the camper and hook up the boat, spending time together was what they loved and cherished. He kept everyone supplied with vegetables from his beautiful garden.  David was also a huge Los Angeles Dodgers fan; and he was very disappointed they did not win the World Series this year.

David was a very proud father and grandfather; he loved spending time with his son Nick and daughter Christina. Time spent with his grandson Turner and granddaughter Mackenzie was especially precious to him.

David was the type of man that once you met him and spent time with him you were considered a friend, he never met an enemy. He was quiet but he was very genuine. He had a sense of humor. He sometimes forgot to tighten up his belt, a job hazard he endured each day, for those that knew him will understand the meaning behind this statement.

David is survived by his wife Cathy, son Nick (Melinda), daughter Christina (Lonnell), mother Marlene, grandchildren Turner and Mackenzie; sister Denise (Jerry) and brothers Donald (Cathy), Danny (Tammy) and Darrell along with numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his mother-in law Chirie Groeschell and father in-law Joe (Connie) Cava and brother-in-law Jerry Cava.
