Bobby Joe Campbell passed away October 16, 2017 at his apartment in Yakima, Washington. He was born December 14, 1954 on Chandler Air Force Base to Phyllis and Bobby Campbell in Flagstaff, Arizona. He enjoyed using the skills he had learned in Boy Scout, like camping, hunting and fishing, while earning his Eagle merit badge. He graduated from Bakersfield CA High School, and specialized in Welding. Then worked as an operator in the oil fields with his step dad during the oil boom years.

Bobby moved to the Yakima Valley in 1994 while working for Sun Steel and a few other welding shops. After marrying Debbie (Donaldson) in 1995 he became a field certified self-employed welder. His health caused him to change careers in 1999 to drive CDL with full endorsements. He enjoyed the challenge of city driving but changed careers again in 2004 to janitorial for health reasons. He always took pride in his work with a mind and eye for detail.

His hobbies were reading military history, playing war and strategy computer games, watching golf and other sports on TV.

Bobby was preceded in passing by his parents and first wife Darlene Carol Campbell. Bobby and Darlene left behind daughter Sharon Ann Campbell 35, spouse Justin Wayne Rutledge 32, and their children Dominic Lee Sorensen 16, Amalya Ann Sorensen 13, Eve Sue Sorensen 10, Jurzie Realene Rutledge 2, Jordan Jaxx 1; daughter Sara Lee Campbell 33, spouse Joseph Michael Roestel 36, and their children Alexander Martinov Matanov 15, Josie Michelle Roestel 13, Xander Kingston Roestel 10, and Parker James Roestel 4.
