William “Bill” Breeden, 74, of Ellensburg, WA, passed away peacefully at his home on September 25, 2017.  He was born on April 27, 1943 in Sevierville, TN, at the family’s Bluff Mountain home. 

Bill is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judith (Andress) Breeden and three children, Rachel Norgard (John), Ryan Breeden (Kari) and Tammy Marcoe, his grandchildren; Anthony, Larry, Angela, Mason and Jacob, and by 7 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Breeden and Blanche (Rule) Breeden, grandson Joseph and 7 brothers and sisters.
Bill served in the Army & Reserves from 1960 to 1966, as a tank driver, and his carpentry skills were put to use building barracks.  As a Journeyman Carpenter, he built many buildings and homes in Washington State, the Kittitas Valley and Sevierville, including the family’s home in the Manastash Canyon.  Bill will be remembered as long-time Superintendent of the Rabbit barn at the Kittitas County Fair.
The family wishes to thank Home Health Hospice, hospice volunteers and Northstar Lodge.
Services will be held on October 7th: a graveside service at High Valley Cemetery at 11:00am and a remembrance gathering at 12:00pm at Chestnut Street Baptist Church.
