Andrew John Brindamour, 36, of Pullman, passed away unexpectedly on August 5, 2017 in Yakima, Washington.   Andy was born April 20, 1981 in Pullman, Washington.  As a young boy, Andy's interests in sports and love of the outdoors became quickly evident.  He had a natural athletic ability that allowed him to excel in and enjoy a wide variety of sports including water skiing, snow skiing, hiking and swimming.  Andy particularly had fond memories of camping vacations at Dworshak, that included boating, fishing and jet skiing, and wake boarding with family and friends.  Andy loved playing football and played throughout middle school, high school and college.  Andy's most favorite football memory was of the 1997 Pullman High School championship playoff game he played with his brother Ryan.  Andy had a passion for good food and especially candy, any candy would do!
Andy graduated from Pullman High School and attended Western Washington University, where he played football. After realizing that he enjoyed creatively working with his hands, Andy began a challenging and fulfilling career in construction and carpentry.  While employed in Seattle, Pullman and Yakima and operating his own Home Savvy Contracting business in Pullman, people naturally gravitated to Andy's warm personality. He was blessed with many special friendships that he made with coworkers and clients.  Andy loved his trade and it was a good profession for him as he was both a very gifted carpenter and a "people person".
The greatest joy of Andy's life was his son, Brayden.  He adored his son, and being a kid at heart, Andy loved playing silly games and spending time with Brayden. The two would often be found whooping it up in the pool, chasing around the squishy playground, wrestling together and having special time at father and son.
Upon meeting Andy, it quickly became apparent that he was a fun-loving jokester with a zest for life. His sense of humor, BIG wonderful hugs and the twinkle in his eye will be IMMENSELY missed.... He loved with a huge heart and was greatly loved in return.
Andy is lovingly survived by his son, Brayden Ryan Brindamour, his parents, Mike and Debbie Brindamour, grandmother, Delores Bianchi, and numerous Loving Aunts, Uncles and cousins.  He is preceded in death by his brother Ryan and grandparents.
A Celebration of Andy's Life will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at the Gazebo of Brookside Funeral Home in Moxee, Washington. Please come prepared to share a favorite story of him.
Memorials may be made to: Columbia Bank of Pullman, 795 SE Bishop Blvd., Pullman, WA 99163 - c/o Brayden Ryan Brindamour or Debbie Brindamour for a college fund for Brayden.
