Teresa Ann Miller, 61, of Renton, WA passed away, Friday, August 4, 2017, as the result of cardiac arrest, at Wenatchee Hospital in Wenatchee with her family at her side.  

Teresa was born December 27, 1955 in Yakima, the third child of Earl and Maxine (Elliott) Tatro. She was educated in Yakima, attending Ahtanum Elementary School and graduated from West Valley High School in 1974.
 
Teresa began her 35 year career in Yakima at AT&T. She was transferred to the Seattle area where she accumulated some of the best lifelong friends. In 1980, her son Cory was born and a few years later Ryan was born.  Teresa loved being a mother and took great pride in caring for her two boys.
 
On April 22, 2001, she married Gerry Miller. They had 16 years of wonderful adventures and made many memories.
 
Teresa retired from Century Link in 2012 and enjoyed traveling and keeping her home in Renton, WA with Gerry. She especially loved working in her garden which was a beautiful park and playground for the grandchildren. She was the “ultimate party planner” for her family and friends. More than anything in this world, Teresa relished being a “Nana” to Caleb and Carrie. Her grandchildren were the absolute lights of her life! Teresa’s generous heart, loving spirit and her Hollywood smile will be remembered by everyone who knew and loved her.
 
She is survived by her husband, Gerry Miller of Renton, sons, Cory (Corinne) Charpentier and Ryan (Nikki) Charpentier, grandchildren, Caleb and Carrie Charpentier, mother, Maxine Tatro, sister, Connie (Mike) Falon and brothers, Ronnie (Lisa) Tatro and Jerry (Terry) Tatro, also brothers-in-law, Ronnie Miller and Bobbie Miller of Renton, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Tatro and a brother, Larry Tatro.
 
Viewing for Teresa will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 10, 2017 at West Valley Missionary Church, 11107 Wide Hollow Road, Yakima, WA and the Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in West Hills Memorial Park.  Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association or the favorite charity of the donor, c/o Brookside Funeral Home, P.O.
